Property Tax Payment Options

Property owners may make partial payments.  Any balance owing on February 1 will be penalized.  When making this payment, please be sure to indicate the property account number on which you are paying.

Pay Property Taxes Online

Installment Plans for Taxpayers over 65 Years Old or Disabled – “Quarter Pay”  The Quarter-Payment Plan is available to qualified Residential Property Owners who have a Homestead Exemption and also have an Over 65 or Disabled Exemption.   At least one-fourth of the total tax bill must be paid by January 31st of every new tax year to enroll in this plan and avoid penalty and interest.  The three remaining payments are due by Mar. 31st, May 31st, and July 31st.

Taxes may be paid in person at any of the following locations by cash, check or credit/debit cards (convenience fee:  2.25% for property)

Payments are posted according to the U.S.P.S. cancellation.

OR Taxes may be paid on-line by credit card or e-check ($1.00 convenience fee for e-check) by accessing the Property Balances page.
