Installment Plans for Taxpayers over 65 Years Old or Disabled – “Quarter Pay”

A person who is over 65 or who is disabled may pay his/her current year taxes on their homestead in four installments, without penalty and interest.  The first ¼ installment is due by January 31.  If you would like to use this payment option, please contact our office so we can set up this schedule before the due date of January 31. Failure to make the first payment by January 31 will void this opportunity to pay with no penalty and interest.  The three remaining installments are due by March 31, May 31, and July 31.
